Block # 41 - Coffee To Go

I don't know about you, but I have to have my coffee in the morning! When I'm running late, it's "coffee to go" for me! This is an easy 2 unit paper pieced quilt block pattern that I hope you enjoy as much as your morning coffee!

There's nothing my family loves better than a big bowl of mashed potatoes. I guess I must have been hungry when I drafted this block! Actually this could be a bowl of just about anything depending on the fabric you choose for the contents of the bowl. This block is paper pieced in a single unit and is actually very simple to make. Fill it full of your favorite food!

Here's another "sweet treat" that is calorie-free! The Cupcake block measures 6" after it is sewn into a quilt. It is paper-pieced, of course. :)

It would look great with some colorful sprinkles, embroidered or beaded.

This wonderful frozen treat can become a part of a wonderful unfrozen quilt project! Just print it out and sew it up! I can't promise that it will taste as good as the real thing, but just like the Fast Food Block, it has ZERO CALORIES!
